Return Policy

Design by Dana will accept the return of new undamaged merchandise that has not been special ordered, worn, sized or otherwise used, subject to the following limitations:

•For a full refund (shipping & handling charges are not refundable), merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase in original condition and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.

•All returned merchandise must show a Return Authorization Number (RAN) clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please contact our Customer Service Department by calling (305)866-6846 or send us an e-mail to obtain an RAN.

•All jewelry items are visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. All jewelry items returned to Design by Dana for refund or exchange must be unblemished and have the original tags still attached; otherwise the item(s) will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

All Design By Dana jewelry is custom made to order, There are absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges on any special orders.

•Please ship the merchandise prepaid and insured for the full purchase price against loss in transit via a trackable carrier, such as UPS or Federal Express, to:
